The Sun Rose for Valencia Victoria Kelly on October 25, 1992, in Montgomery, AL and Set on August 12, 2022, at Advent Health Center in Hinsdale, Illinois.

Valencia “Vicki” attended Prattville High School. She went on to receive certificates from Virginia School of Cosmetology, American Red Cross and Trenholm Trucking and Training Center. She also served in the Jobs Corps as Claims Processor. She went on to be a licensed truck driver and was employed with Cargo Runner Trucking.

Valencia “Vicki” accepted Christ as her savior at an early age at Inner City Church of Christ, Montgomery, Alabama.

Valencia “Vicki” leaves loving father and mother Col. George C. and Gail Rucker Kelly, Sr. Valencia “Vicki” was one of fourteen children; seven sisters, Nuelani (Calvin) McQueen of Antioch, Tennessee, Chantal (Lamar) Bradley of Prattville, Alabama, Sheree (Antonio) Calloway of Montgomery, Alabama, Naomi Atwater of Killeen, Texas, Meosha (Derek) Thomas of Montgomery, Alabama, Sidonia Kelly of Dallas, Texas and Chelsea (Jerome) Davis of North Carolina; six brothers, George C. (Tasha) Kelly, Jr. of Prattville, Alabama,  Todd Kelly of Portland, Oregon, Derrick Kelly of San Antonio, Texas, Marcus (Lekeisha) Kelly of San Antonio, Texas, Corey (Meagan) Kelly of Chicago, Illinois and Eddie Kelly of Montgomery, Alabama; a host of nieces and nephews, one great niece, five great nephews and loving uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
