Mr. Ray Thomas Bailey, age 74, passed away Monday, May 6th. He is survived by his loving wife Doris Bailey; one daughter LaRita (John) Mitchell; two sons, Quentin (Kimberly) Bailey and Chartan D. Bailey; three grandchildren John Eric Mitchell II, Joshua Mitchell and Kelsey Bailey.
