Mother Willie Margaret Johnson was born Saturday, August 5, 1922 to the late Willie McCroskey and Jodie Frazier and she left this earthly life on Friday, January 15, 2016 at Heritage Medical Center in Shelbyville, TN.

Mother Margaret was educated in the Bedford County School System at Guys Gap School.

She was preceded in death by two children, Haggard N. Johnson, Jr. and Brenda Kay Johnson; five brothers, Clemons, James, J.W., Donald and Samuel McCroskey; and two sisters, Allene Brown and Ethel Freeman Johnson.

Mother Margaret leaves to cherish her loving memories, one son, Charles Johnson; two daughters, Dorothy Smith and Helen Springs; two brothers, Thomas McCroskey and Howard (Sara) McCroskey; twelve grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren; devoted family members, Justus, Maurice and Nicole Johnson; and many other relatives and friends.
