Parking will be available at the rear of the church and a maximum of ten people at a time will be allowed to view Mrs. Marian.  Once the service begins, please remain in your vehicle and tune in to 89.7 FM in order to be a part of the service**

Marian was born on June 11, 1960 to the late Tommy and Lorene Nelson in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.  She left this earthly life on Wednesday, May 13, 2020.

Marian was raised in Murfreesboro, TN and graduated from the Rutherford County School System.  She was a quite woman who found joy in picking turnip greens.  Later in life, she was baptized into Christ at Hwy 231 Church of Christ. 

Marian is survived by her two children, Tameka and Marcus Nelson; grandchildren, Du’Ricco Johnson, Du’Marcus Voorhies, Du’Mekia Nelson, Du’Mario Nelson, Du’Monta Burns, Du’Ron Alexander, Jr., and Du’Marion Dumas; three great grandchildren; two sisters, Sarah (Jerry) Holman and Jimmie “Gert” Nelson Shannon; six brothers, Tommy (Betty) Nelson, George (Vanessa) Nelson, William (Marie) Nelson, Albert (Judy) Nelson, Clarence (Debra) Nelson and Pleas (Jenna) Nelson; beloved friends, Stacy and Jessica; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
