Gwendolyn Taylor, known as “Pee-Wee” and “Aunt Pee”, was born into this world on January 12, 1959 to Authur Alexander and Annie Williams.  At the age of 57, she passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2016.

Gwen was born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and later worked at Textron Aviation for over 13 years.  She loved to write poetry in which she had written many poems.

Gwen was preceded in death by son, Dewayne Hathaway; brother, Michael Williams; grandfathers, Henry Bert Alexander and Robert Leroy Alexander; grandmother, Mary D. Alexander; step-mother, Marjorie Alexander; and nephew Antonio Alexander.

Gwendolyn is survived by her husband, Darrell Taylor; parents, Annie Williams and Authur Alexander; sisters, Jacqueline Williams, Marilyn Johnson, Cynthia (Jack) Regina Wilson and Chrysante Estell; brothers, Authur (Valerie) Alexander, Jr., Terrance (Sharron) Alexander and Douglas (Brandon) Alexander; god-daughter, Taliah Turner; god-grandchildren, Andrell Howe and Andriah Howe; sister in law, Bessie Williams; four aunts; one great aunt; a very dear friend, Teresa Smith; and with lots of love, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
