Mrs. Forrestine Rowe, age 67, passed away at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee on Friday, September 12, 2014 after an extended illness. She was born May 16, 1947 in Fackler, Alabama, the daughter of Jewell Elizabeth Little Dillard and the late Jake Dillard of Manchester, Tennessee. Forrestine was preceded in death by her father, Jake Dillard; brothers, Jake Dillard, Jr. and David D. Dillard.

Forrestine leaves to cherish her memory, her loving son, Aaron E. Rowe; mother Jewell E. Dillard; four brothers, Tom (Jeannette) Dillard of Woodbury, TN, Melvin (Phyllis) Dillard, Dennis (Phyllis A.) Dillard both of Cleveland, OH and Harry Eugene Dillard of Manchester, TN; four sisters, Nellie (Bobby) Battles, Myrtle Mae Dillard, Elizabeth Diane Peppers all of Manchester, TN and Sara Dillard of Columbus, GA; very loving and devoted aunt Gloria Little of Cleveland, OH; several devoted friends and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.
