Saturday, May 16, 2015 Scott Avenue Church of Christ Interment Brenda E. Murray was born April 27, 1961 in Nashville, TN to Bill Carter and the late Doris E. Leach. She received her education in the Davidson County Public School Systems. She leaves to cherish her memories her father, Billy (Elaine) Carter; one brother, Samuel Leach; two sisters, Patricia Brooks and Tanya (Troy) Brooks; three aunts, Carrie Douglas, Helen Ellison and Betty Douglas; three uncles, John Murray, Sr., Frank Wells and Rudy (Choi) Ellison; her lifelong companion, Thomas Sparkman; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends.
