Tom was born on May 23, 1970.  He passed away on June 16, 2022.  He was preceded in death by his mother Susan Allen.

Tom is survived by wife, Jacqueline Harris Pugh; children, Kelsey Schulz, Cornelius Pugh, Cajuan Pugh, Dzion Martin and Rhyesha McCullough; his sisters, Virginia Furgason, Tonya Johnson and Samantha Cagle Territo; brother, Joseph Cagle; sister-in-law, Jacquatia Brown; aunt and uncle Eddie and Leanne Barrett…Tom was very fond of his Uncle Eddie; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Tom was hilariously funny, good with children and we loved him very much.
