Thomas Wayne Barlow was born February 15, 1959 and left this earthly life on February 12, 2021. Thomas was the son of the late Albert Lee Barlow in Nellie Mae Barlow.

Thomas is preceded in death by his parents Albert Lee and Nellie Mae Barlow; two brothers, Floyd Lee Barlow and Kenney Spry; and grandson Thomas Young, IV.

Thomas is survived by his daughter, Kimberly Rodriguez; son, Joshua Barlow; stepdaughter, Amanda Jernigan; grandchildren, Deasean Rainey, Arabella and Gabriel Rodriguez; step grandchildren, Christian, Ethan, Corinthia Burgeson and Israel Sneed; brother, Raymond (Rita) Barlow; sisters, Vicki Stone, Elizabeth Barlow and Rosie Alvin Johnson; nine nieces, four nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
