Roy E. Russell was born on Feb.18, 1959. He departed this life on August 11, 2014. He was educated in the Williamson County School System. He lived most of his life in Williamson County until he moved to Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He professed his life to Christ at an early age. He had one brother that preceded him in death, Hubert D. Russell.

Roy leaves to cherish his memories, mother Patsy McClain of Arrington, TN; two sisters, Brenda (William) Sparkman of Arrington, TN and Patricia (Seth) Oden of Franklin, TN; four brothers, John (Brenda) Russell of Shelbyville, TN, Joe (Gloria) Russell of Murfreesboro, TN, William (Marie) McClain of Shelbyville, TN and Claude McClain of Shelbyville TN; sister-in-law Stephana Russell of Nashville, TN; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; and a devoted friend Brenda Webb.
