Oscar Xavier Larios Mendez, age 38, passed away Monday, February 28th. He is survived by his wife, Karla Patricia Larios; mother, Mercedes Arroyo; siblings, Tania Baldizon Méndez, Olga Soto, Oscar Javier Montalvan and Marcos Gutiérrez; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
