Mr. Johnny Tharron Moss, Sr. was born May 31, 1966 to the late William and Vivian Moss. He left this earthly life on Monday, March 12, 2018.

Johnny and Katrina were 9^th grade high school sweethearts and they both graduated in 1984 from Cooley High School in Detroit, Michigan. He also, attended Wayne State University where he majored in Accounting.  He worked for over 20 years in the Retail Management arena. He enjoyed cooking, making music and dancing. During his time in high school he was known as one of the “Greatest Dancers” to participate in the talent shows. He also, created a CD in 2005 titled “Reflections”.  He was a loving Husband, father, grandfather and friend. People all around loved him for his kind, patient spirit and warm heart.

Johnny was preceded in death by his sister, Billie Sweet.

Johnny Tharron Moss, Sr. is survived by his loving wife, Katrina Moss; one daughter, Jazmyn Moss; two sons, Johnny Moss Jr., and Justin Moss; two sisters, Shannon Moss-Bennett and Jeriesha Wilkerson; one brother, Reggie Upshaw and one sister-in-law Shea Upshaw; two brother-in-law David Bennett and Anthony Enoex grandchildren, Jalen, Justin Jr., Julian and Juliana Moss; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
