Mr. Joe Russell Ross Scott, age 69, passed away Monday, November 23^rd at Christian Care Nursing facility in Shelbyville, TN.

Mr. Scott is survived by his loving and devoted wife Shirley Scott; children, Valerie Jean Allen, Wyett Ervin Allen and Lonnie Bradford Kelley; one sister, Anna Pearl Keele of Shelbyville, TN; two brothers, James Richard Scott of Murfreesboro, TN and Willie (Beulah) Scott of Kennesaw, GA; sisters-in-law, Dora Tillman, Laura (Rev. E.L.) Perry, Mamie Allen, Mary Young, Lydia Allen and Margaret Joyce Allen; brother-in-law Edward Lewis Allen; along with a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
