Mr. Hubbard Phillilp Payne, age 80, was born December 26, 1935 and passed away Wednesday, October 5^th, 2016.   

Mr. Payne had such a colorful personality and would keep you laughing at all times.  He was very creative and known for being “a jack of all trades”.  He was a race car driver, he loved to skate and he was a rock mason.

Mr. Payne is survived by one daughter, Phyllis Payne; three sons, Sequoyea Payne, Aquortuella Payne and Thoreano “Todd” Payne; three sisters, Ida Payne Dowell, Mary Pearl Payne and Sallie Payne Dowell; three brothers, Tommie Lee Murray, Alfred Payne and Alford Payne; six grandchildren, Celiste Walker, Aquortuella Payne, Jr., Anthony Spencer, Aquello Payne, Aquarian Payne and Aquannah Payne; along with a host of nieces, nephews and other friends.
