Cedric Lorenz Bullard was born on May 10, 1961, to the late Dr. Idella Bullard-Brooks and Willie  F. Bullard. He left this earthly life on February 5, 2023.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Sharon Woods and nephew, Frederick McCroskey.

Cedric leaves to cherish his loving wife, Angela V. Jordan-Bullard; sisters, Penny Miles and Tina Puckett; nephews, Essex Johnson and Albert Miles III; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
