Mr. Anthony “Rat” Akins, age 59, passed away Monday, May 29th. He was born to Robert Allen Akins and the late Aliene Ross Akins on February 5, 1958.
Mr. Akins was a mechanic and loved working on cars. He also loved racing cars and motorcycles. You would always catch him cheering for his Dallas Cowboys.
He was preceded in death by mother, Aliene Ross Akins, brothers, Clifton and Michael Akins and nephew, Jeremy McMahon
Mr. Akins is survived by his father, Robert Allen Akins; five brothers, Daniel (Bernice) Akins, Nathan (Danielle) Akins, Alvin Vincent Akins, Carl Akins and Thomas E. (Kim) Akins; and many other relatives and friends.
