Lasonya Kaye Armstrong born November 4th, 1970. She departed this life November 2, 2020.

She was born in Columbia, Tennessee. She and her mother moved to Nashville in 1971. She was educated in the Nashville Metro School District. She graduated from Hillsboro High School in 1986. She attended Nashville Tech and received her license to become a Phlebotomist. She worked in that field for four years. She had a long work history and hard labor especially. Even during her illness, she continued to work. She sometimes would go to work before or after treatment. She was a very loving and kind person.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories two sons, Christopher (Nicole) Armstrong of Nashville, TN and Michael Armstrong of Atlanta, GA; mother, Addie (Carl) Parrish of Nashville, TN; father, Willie Armstrong of Columbia, TN; two brothers, Robert (Emily) Gray of Nashville, TN and Timothy Gray of Owensboro, KY; two devoted aunts, Eva Neal of Franklin, TN and Mary Gray of Nashville, TN; two very devoted friends, Rochelle Carney and Keller Thompson; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
