Jaquces D. Norman was born to Yolando Russell and the late James Sneed, Jr. on July 16, 1989. He left this earthly life on May 25, 2024.
Jaquces loved kids and time with family and friends. When he was around, you would be on a rollercoaster of emotions and laughs. But the love was always there.
Jaquces leaves to cherish his memory, his mother Yolanda Russell; sisters, Jamesmiece Sneed, Marketa and Marteka Russell; brothers, Tae Sneed, Kolby Sneed, James Sneed III and Marquis Russell; grandfather, James Sneed, Sr.; devoted aunts and uncles, Kola and Anthony Woods, Sr. and Madeline and Ronnie Norman; his little broke friends, Miracle Norman and Tanaya Miles; best friend, Shinita Nicole Odoms; godfather, Kenneth Jennings; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
