Elsie Gray McKnight Easter was born March 30, 1951. She was preceded in death by devoted and loving parents William Gray and Dorothy McCrary McKnight; devoted aunts Mary Lou McCrary Anderson, Maggie Smith and Sarah A. Rucker; uncles James W. McCrary and Horace McCrary; devoted family friend Robert L. Smith; grandparents Mrs. Vater Johnson, Mr. Joe McCrary and Mrs. Anna Frazier McCrary.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her very devoted son Keith Damon Easter and devoted daughter Kellye E. (Rico) Easter-Wade; loving and caring granddaughters, Elissha “Molly” Chantae Easter, Aalizae Monae Easter, Eleiyah F. Wade; sisters Mary V. (Goldy) Wade, Sandra M. Kenton and Wilma J. Hardison; one brother Quincy James (Alicia) McKnight; devoted aunts Lillie W. McCrary of Murfreesboro and Dorothy McCrary of Nashville; three nephews, Michael J. (Kimberly) Wade, William Kenton and Langston McKnight; four nieces, Thelisa R. (Alton) Taylor, Melanie D. (John) Gatlin, Latisha M. (Michael) McCormick and Niya Hardison; many other friends and family members; special and devoted friends, Susie M. Cason, Jessica Clayborn, The Class of 1969 Odessy, Jane Knight and the late Leroy Allen Knight, co-workers at State Farm Insurance and the Church of Christ Ladies Retreat traveling buddies.
