Mr. Donald Earl Jackson, age 61, passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2026.

He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Jackson.

Mr. Jackson leaves behind his wife, Darcel Jackson; daughters, Nicole Jackson of St. Louis Park, Minnesota and Daejah Jackson of Antioch, TN; sons, Derrick Jackson and Donald Jackson, Jr., both of Gary, Indiana; also survived by his mother, Clara D. Jackson; sisters, Linda (Michael Williams) Jackson-Williams, Arnita Kimbrough and Arnetta Ward; granddaughter, Nazaria Berens; grandson, Donald Jackson, III; he leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews, Anthrice Culp, Bruce Ward, Jr., Dominic Ward, Monte Porter, Jr., JaVonte Porter, KeYonte Porter, DeAndre Kimbrough (deceased).
