Byrus Marquise Hughes was born in Murfreesboro, TN on January16, 1986 to the late Willie Hughes and Lisa Pucket.  He left this earthly life on Friday, November 2, 2018.

Byrus attended school in Murfreesboro and graduated from Siegel High School.

He was baptized at a young age and was a member of First Baptist Church. As young people do, Byrus left the church. He later rededicated his life to the Lord and was rebaptized and joined Freedom of Worship Outreach Church.

The one thing that stood out about Byrus was not his tall thin frame but that big smile that was always on his face. He had an uncanny way of changing the atmosphere of a room when he walked in with that smile.

Byrus leaves behind to cherish his memory, his grandmother, Flora Thomas; his children Monterrious Odom, Keleshana Jackson, Marquon Ellis and Jolanda Field; brothers, Darryl and William Saffo, Antonio and Alex Green; sisters, Sheila Saffo, Angel and Alexandria Knox; aunts, Mary France Batts and Linda Lillard; uncles, Charles, Michael and Freeland Lillard; niece, Dawnnitta Smith; cousins, Antwan, Devon and Chris Lillard; godmother, Wanda Malone; one special friend to the family as well; and a host of other devoted friends and family who loved him and will miss him.
